With over 25 years of experience in the Financial Services industry, Scott is an executive leader that will partner with your Board or Executive Team to set the long-term strategy and vision while also executing on the tactical milestones to enable attainment of that strategy and vision. He has experience at start-ups, early-stage companies, and large, multi-national public companies with particular expertise in Consumer Lending.
Scott has held leadership roles in Operations, Risk, Compliance, and Strategy at a variety of companies including early-stage FinTechs, community banks, and Fortune 500 companies. Most recently, Scott was the Chief Operating Officer at Century Consulting Services and Meritize Financial. In these roles, Scott was focused on enhancing the customer experience, driving efficiencies through technology, reducing compliance and credit risk, and championing a diverse, engaged, and mission-focused team.
